Songshan Boron Industry adopts a variety of boron carbide synthesis methods, such as electrofusion method, chemical vapor deposition method, carbon thermal reduction method, etc., to produce boron carbide products of different qualities and uses; The factory has 5 large-scale flexible granulation processing lines, 3 fine powder production lines, using advanced technologies such as winnowing and centrifugation, with a yield of more than 90% and a maximum of 99.6% of 0.5umB4C content.
It has been recognized and cooperated by China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, PLA Logistics Engineering College and Harbin Institute of Technology Ceramic Institute, and has become a material supplier.

Boron carbide production line
In June 2020, our company provided the construction of a production line with an annual output of 1,500 tons of boron carbide crystals and 1,350 tons of boron carbide powder with a specification of 3 microns for the company of Serge Bandarma Company, and the equipment entered the installation stage at the end of 2022, and the boron carbide production line built by our company for the company was officially put into operation at the end of 2023.
